I’d love a location where I can walk to things (boardwalk, beach, putt putt, etc.) I also want a place to rent a house, not stay at a resort or hotel. Our group stayed in Falmouth (Cape Cod) last year and loved being able to bike / walk to places. Where do you suggest next???? Thanks!!!

Real estate agencies will not rent to anyone under 21. Some individual owners will rent to teenagers, but it depends on the city. I hear that some beach towns are better bets than others.
