This is not too harsh and exactly what the U.S.A. needs to keep it's Constitution and laws intact. Isn't it strange that Mexico has NO respect for our laws along with President Bush and his Whitehouse gang?

I'm stunned. Not at the Mexican laws; I've known that for a while. I'm stunned that REnate failed to even see that these are the laws of MEXICO.

Any Central or South American will tell you that the worst of La Migra (immigration enforcement) are those in Mexico at THEIR southern border. Get through Mexico to the Rio Grand and it's all smooth sailing.

I'm proud that our Minuteman volunteers are required to take an oath decrying any hint of racism (in fact, many are Spanish-speaking Mexican-Americans...but, LEGAL, and they speak perfect English).

Most of the organizations I've spoken with even conduct background checks: if you've ever been a member of the KKK, Aryan Brotherhood or any other white supremacist organization, don't bother applying; they'll find out and you'll BE out.

I can't wait to see more enforcement at the border. And I look forward to charitable organizations and economic alliances that will allow us to VOLUNTARILY help towns and cities to the south build their economies. Not with that NAFTA or SPP nonsense. But with clear lines of containment. Because good fences make good neighbors.

No, not at all to harsh, and ours need to be just as harsh. But in this country, to many bleeding heart liberals, and the good ole ACLU. I can just hear them now, oh boo hoo, how can you be so mean to poor people, just looking for a better life.

We should not use Mexico as our guide in almost anything, especially these punitive immigration policies. I agree with the language restrictions, because English only would help speed the process of learning English. However, let's have night-school English classes ($5.00 fee) at every grammerschool, high school and college and shopping center. Also, instead of flooding our emergency rooms, lets have tent-city health clinics for free.
Someday soon, we'll be very happy we have these YOUNG, TAX-PAYING workers to replace our aging baby boomers in their retirement years.
Our (TFR (Total Fertility Rate) is just barely at the replacement (2.1 per woman). When it goes below that, we're headed for a contracting economy. We do need these 12-25 million Mexicans-to-be Americans.

We should have similiar laws. Nationalize the property of all Mexican Nationals in the US to pay for governmental costs due to mexican illegals (like Mexico did with the US oil company property).

And do the same for all other countries!

Hawaii;
since i am doing this, and have researched it for 1 yr, I have data for you.

a; infrastructure is different in Hawaii than on the mainland; Specifically, in most cities,
[or villages-each island has only ONE legal city] you may have to set up water
via [catching water from rain] as many cities have no such thing as a water department
or sewage department [u will need septic also]

b; Hawaii has a rare NON automatic access law. IT is possible to buy a home and
not get permission to get to it! Thus, the essential need to see the rights of access your
lot has.

c; Because of native Hawaiians and their religions, it is feasible that under some circumstances
a group of Hawaiians could visit your backyard for a religious celebration and you could not
stop them.

d; IF you found minerals in your backyard [however discovered] they belong to the state.

e. YOU need to have a safety plan--instead of fires, or earthquakes or floods........or?
you need to have a plan in case of lava--from above or on the ground.

f; when you find a great home, Hawaiian sellers are not required to tell you that they
have a long lease--they are permitted to hide the fact and you have to find it out yourself.

g; instead of a title firm and county recorder, Hawaii has title firms and LAND COURT.

h. Things in many cases can be a bit covertly racist, depending on where you shop and
when.

I am considering the big island so that I do not feel like i am stuck to my neighbor
and on the big island, the rain fall is HUGELY different

Kona--on the west side, is much dryer than Hilo. And Hilo doesn't just get wet, it
gets rained on pretty much 1-2 hours every mid morning of the year.

I am visiting it 3 more times and visiting possible homes before I make an offer. I will gladly
msn chat or email discoveries I have made.

I was going to get a RE broker's license [have one for AZ] but their licensing laws to me
are very absurd.
