I am afraid to say that I think it is gone. Here is a picture taken in the Big Store area. Not much land left, just the church is on land still.

My parents are full time RV’ers that live at Crystal Canal and are safe in Arkansas, but it is very hard to see the area we have grown to enjoy so much. We will be praying for everyone.
The weather channel and MSNBC has been showing a lot of the damage.

We have a collection of pictures that my husband has been collecting over the past couple of days. We did not take any of these pictures, but he has been collecting them from various news sources and posting them in one place for easy access.

There is also another message board. It appears that most of the structures that survived are newer but, not much on the first 2 rows (new or not) made it through the storm. It appears that there are some houses that remain intact but, the majority are gone. Also khou.com and chron.com
