decent,cheap beach houses in the south?(plz read)?

i need to find a nice beach house(2-3 bedrooms,oceanfront) in the south somewhere.florida,georgia,south carolina.the price needs to be less than $1000 for a week or it can be $200 or less nightly
also,it would be nice if it was a small town/island.away from the noise of the city u know.
it can be a house or duplex or condo.thank u!

it needs to be from late june to anytime in july
