What about an apartment or hotel that have corporate rates.

There might be an Extended Stay by there. You could get 2 connecting rooms…..3 girls in each…..they would each have their own kitchenette.

You haven’t mentioned what your budget for rent is…….that would be helpful to let us know that. Are they under 18 accompanied by an adult? That can help you out in hotel rates. Do you have AAA.

Below are some links to help you.

I guess your looking for a J1 vacation home.

Its pretty difficult, mission beach and Pacific beach are packed in the summer and vacation homes are expensive. The minimum is usually around 1500 a week and ive seen them go up to 10k a week.

I know your not looking for that.

The problem is that every year thousands of Irish an UK students come to san diego looking for work and accomodation.

There are no well paying jobs such as waiting tables or bartending available, they are at a premium year round.

So most jobs tend to be seasonal, sea world belmont park etc.

I have seen 12 students in a studio with one bedroom living in sleeping bags for the summer and they were paying 1200 a month.

Also normally people will only rent for 6 months at a time and will require the security deposit up front.

Your best bet is to look in the Sdreader.com or craigs list.

Even off season most one beds are unfurnished and cost 1200 plus a month. 2 beds are around 2k and 3 would be at least 3k a month. Thats for unfurnished and can be 2 miles to the ocean.
