I am interested in buying a small beach home. Where would be a good location in United States?

February 27th, 2010 by Dirtguy | 5 Comments | Filed in Beach Houses
I was thinking Hawaii.
Anybody have any good sites or information they know regarding purchasing a house in the tropics?
This is a life long dream of mine, and I know I will get my beach house.

Where do you think would be a good location? Reasonable pricing? Tips & Info on buying?

Thanks.

Where can I find a condo or beach house that I can rent with a group of my friends for cheap on spring break?

February 27th, 2010 by Dirtguy | 3 Comments | Filed in Beach Houses
We need to be able to check in with the oldest person being only 19, but most of them have age requirements. We are looking for somewhere in florida like Destin, Daytona beach, just a fun spring break place to party without our parents.

Should this be our immigration policy?

February 26th, 2010 by Dirtguy | 7 Comments | Filed in Waterfront Real Estate
THERE WILL BE NO:
SPECIAL BILINGUAL PROGRAMS IN THE SCHOOLS.

SPECIAL BALLOTS FOR ELECTIONS.

ALL GOVERNMENT BUSINESS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN OUR LANGUAGE.

FOREIGNERS WILL NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO VOTE NO MATTER HOW LONG THEY ARE HERE.

FOREIGNERS WILL:
NEVER BE ABLE TO HOLD POLITICAL OFFICE.
NOT BE A BURDEN TO THE TAXPAYERS.
NO WELFARE, FOOD STAMPS, HEALTH CARE OR OTHER GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS.

FOREIGNERS CAN INVEST IN THIS COUNTRY BUT IT MUST BE AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO 40,000 TIMES THE DAILY MINIMUM WAGE.

IF FOREIGNERS DO COME AND WANT TO BUY LAND, THAT WILL BE OKAY. BUT OPTIONS WILL BE RESTRICTED………. YOU ARE NOT ALLOW ED WATERFRONT PROPERTY. THAT IS RESERVED FOR CITIZENSATURALLY BORN INTO THIS COUNTRY.

FOREIGNERS MAY NOT PROTEST
NO DEMONSTRATIONS; WAVING A FOREIGN FLAG; POLITICAL ORGANIZING; BAD-MOUTHING OUR PRESIDENT OR HIS POLICIES. IF YOU DO, YOU WILL BE SENT HOME.

COME TO THIS COUNTRY ILLEGALLY, & SENT STRAIGHT TO JAIL.

The above laws are the Immigration Laws of ” MEXICO! !”
Please remember how Mexico wants us to change our laws to accomendate them.

Do you think this is harsh?

February 26th, 2010 by Dirtguy | 8 Comments | Filed in Waterfront Real Estate
1. There will be no special bilingual programs in the schools,
no special ballots for elections, and all government business
will be conducted in our language.

2. Foreigners will NOT have the right to vote, no matter how
long they are here.

3. Foreigners will NEVER be able to hold political office.

4. Foreigners will not be a burden to the taxpayers. No
welfare, no food stamps, no health care, nor any other government
assistance programs.

5. Foreigners can invest in this country, but it must be an
amount equal to 40,000 times the daily minimum wage.

6. If foreigners do come and want to buy land that will be
okay, BUT options will be restricted. You are not allowed to own
waterfront property.
7. Foreigners may not protest; no demonstrations, no waving a foreighn flag. 8. If you are thought to be here illigally you will be hunted down and jailed immidetly. These are just a few of MEXICO’S laws regarding legal and illigal immigration.

What food do we take with us to the beach house?

February 25th, 2010 by Dirtguy | 5 Comments | Filed in Beach Houses
We are going to the beach for three or four days this weekend. We don’t have a cooler, but we can’t afford to eat out. What SUBSTANTIAL meals can we bring? IE – not chips or pretzels…
